The Company will utilize stock bull strategy. It mainly invests in the stocks of listed companies in Hong Kong, United States, China and other markets, focuses on the study of the fundamentals of listed companies themselves, and resists risks from the source of the target. The most important analysis in the stocks analysis is financial analysis. It requires invested companies to have healthy balance sheet, good free cash flow, reasonable and satisfactory dividend rate. The companies which are in a cyclical state of business and do not earn free cash flow by expanding their liabilities are excluded. The Company will also invest in corporate bonds.

There are no limitations on the markets or instruments that may be incorporated into the Company’s portfolio, or the percentage of the Company’s assets that may be committed to any particular strategy type, region, market or instrument. By investing in the Company, investors are relying on the discretionary judgment of the Investment Manager, without being subject to any specific diversification leverage or other trading policies.
