SP will invest in global financial markets, including but not limited to the Chinese stock market and the Hong Kong stock market. The manager may have SP invest in the following financial products: (a) Securities, convertible bonds, futures, derivatives, options, and warrants; (b) Foreign exchange, commodities, fixed income products; (c) Deposit receipts, fixed deposits, current deposits, bank acceptance bills, or principal guaranteed investment products from recognized banks; (d) Investing in forward foreign exchange contracts, currency futures, currency options, price difference contracts, or other derivative products and instruments related to currencies; as well as (e) Other investment portfolios selected by the manager from time to time.

A single investment shall not exceed 30% of the total assets.
