The Fund may invest up to 100% of its assets directly in Digital Assets, with an emphasis on Top 100 Coins. In addition, the Fund may periodically maintain all or a portion of its assets in money market instruments and other cash equivalents. The Fund may not fully invest all its assets. Although diversification is an integral part of the Investment Manager’s overall portfolio risk management process, in attempting to maximise the Fund’s returns, the investments may be concentrated in a small number of Digital Assets and Digital Asset Derivatives which, in the judgment of the Investment Manager, provide the best profit opportunity in view of the Fund’s investment objective. Accordingly, the Fund may be particularly exposed to the risks of investing in a specific Digital Asset or Digital Asset Derivative due to a significant amount of the Fund’s assets being invested in that Digital Asset.

The Fund has not adopted any specific investment restrictions when implementing the investment objective and policy, although the Investment Manager may establish internal investment guidelines in this regard from time to time.
