The Fund may diversify its holdings among broad categories of investment strategies and techniques, but is not obliged to and may, in fact, concentrate its holdings in a small number of securities or instruments. It will not follow a rigid investment policy that limits it from participating in any market, strategy or investment. The Directors are permitted to utilise leverage and to invest in long and short positions in equities, options, warrants, fixed income securities, financial and commodity futures, currency forwards, over-the-counter derivative instruments, securities that lack active public markets, repurchase and reverse repurchase agreements, preferred stock and convertible bonds and other financial instruments.

The Fund has not imposed any particular investment restrictions in regard to the investment of the Fund's assets..
