The fund aims to generate investment returns by investing mainly in companies listed in Hong Kong, the United States and A shares (including stocks, stock options, initial public offerings and placement of new shares without lock-up period). For cash to be invested or distributed, the Fund may invest in cash management products and bonds provided by banks for liquidity management purposes; provided that the Fund’s investments in such products and bonds do not exceed 20% of the net asset value of the Fund.

For each stock held by the Fund, the aggregate market value of existing holdings and proposed investment in such stock at the time of investment must not exceed 20% of the total assets of the Fund. Upon completion of the investment, if due to an increase in the market value of such stock or a decrease in the total assets of the Fund, the overall market value of investments in such stock exceeds 30% of the total assets of the Fund, while the Investment Manager will not be under any obligation to reduce its holding in such stock, it may not further increase its holding in such stock; ・the Fund must not invest in any one stock more than 10% of its issued share capital; ・the Fund's illiquid investments (i.e. such investments with average daily trading volume of less than HK$3 million over any period of 90 calendar days) must not exceed 10% of the net asset value of the Fund; ・the Fund must not invest in stocks with a market capitalization of below HK$1 billion (or its equivalent); and ・the Fund may reinvest any returns generated from an investment.
