The investment objective of the Segregated Portfolio is to pursue stable income as well as capital appreciation primarily from investing all or substantially all of its assets in short term financial instruments, including but not limited to deposits, short term bonds, perpetual contracts, privately placed debt, private loan contracts, financial structured products, arbitrage transactions. The short-term trading strategies of the Segregated Portfolio is generating return with minimal market risk. When the advantages emerge or need for hedging transaction, the Segregated Portfolio may also invest in equities, trust products, as well as fixed coupons and other stock-linked notes, ETFs, derivative instruments. The derivative instruments the Segregated Portfolio may invest in include but are not limited to options and futures listed on global exchanges.
